It broke when I set it up March 15, 2010 Steven Birnbaum (New York, NY USA) This antenna is very flimsy. I screwed in one of the dipoles and the plastic support snapped under its own weight when I extended the dipole. Although the antenna is covered by a warranty, it isn't worth the postage to send it back. Others seem to be happy with this model so maybe I got a defective one. Just be very, very careful when you put it together. I wound up buying the next model up (the RCA ANT121) for just a few dollars more and it is a lot more sturdy. (I gave "affordable" only one star because although it cost only about $10, it's worth $0 if it breaks.) If you buy, I hope you have better luck than I did.
A++ Service! March 11, 2010 Adam G. Leon I have to say that the item works very well, even though was the cheapest product. Very fast shipping!
Good deal, good price March 10, 2010 H. Teacher (Oklahoma City, OK) I purchased this item for use with my handheld T.V. It picks up all the local channels and then some. Ihave used it in different parts of the city, and it consistantly performs better than expected.
Great Antenna March 10, 2010 K. Alexander Inexpensive and set up was a snap. Works great with my digital TV and on the older model with a digital tuner box.
Simple and Sweet March 5, 2010 Sung Kook Ha (Los Angeles, CA) The antenna works fine where I live. When I first hooked it up to the tv, I was not getting a lot of the channels that I expected to receive. But after moving the antenna to the second floor, my converter box picked up more channels. I noticed that the weak signals was not the result of the antenna but because of where I live. Moving the antenna to open space helped me get a stronger digital signal.
