I bought this little antenna recently and hooked it up to my HDTV (an Olevia 32 LCD HDtv, 16/9 Aspect, 1366 768 Horiz. Res Atsc/ntsc Tuners, Charcoal), and while it basically does the job, it's a bit on the weak side. I began with it plugged directly into my tv, and it worked pretty well: most stations were great, but a few were hard to get (mostly because of distance and direction, I believe). I later plugged it into a Avertv Combo PCIE(M780), and the signals seemed much weaker. It might be the tuner card though.
I live in a two-story apartment building and the antenna is not near a window directly; I basically needed this to pick up OTA HDTV without a lot of fuss. At first it was "okay", but after going to my HTPC input, it wasn't working out. Some pros/cons:

Pros:
Small and easy to use
Probably works great in a big city near broadcasting towers; my closer towers were picked up pretty well

Cons:
Cable can't be unplugged that I can see, so if you're running a longer cable you'll need a connecter
Not ideal for distance signal catching

A basic antenna at a basic price. I'd recommend this if you feel you can grab strong signals where you are at. A good idea with any antenna is to buy-and-try from a big box retailer that doesn't penalize for returns (shipping, restock fee, etc).

I eventually went with Philips High Performance Amplified Indoor Uhf/Vhf/Fm/HDTV Antenna, which is working better but is still weak on one channel.
