5 out of 5 stars SUPER ANTENNA   July 25, 2010
Gregg
This is a great antenna and exceeds all expectations. Living 30 miles northwest of Cincinnati.....this antenna picks up all Cincinnati channels along with some Indianapolis, Richmond and Dayton. I have it mounted on a mast (in amongst the trees ) about 12' above ground and it still pulls in a very strong signal. Very good product and I recommend it highly.

2 out of 5 stars range not far enough! Attic installation   May 4, 2010

I wanted to install in my attic so birds wouldn't be all over it, since I fed them at that time. After installing I only had a few channels, then I installed the converter and only one channel was the same all the rest were different. I was talking to a client about it and he is a computer programmer with all kind of knowledge in this area and he said that the range on the antenna was to low, that I would have needed about a 100 mile antenna. Anyways I returned and still have no TV, not that I watch that much before.

5 out of 5 stars easy, lite, and great reception.   March 12, 2010

I hooked this up in my room to test it and got two channels, after I mounted it on my roof with an eave mount I still got just two channels. I found out, that the digital converter box I was using does not allow analog signal through. I changed the channel on my TV and was pleasantly surprised by 5 more analog channels. This antenna picks up ever station available in my area, most of which are from Eugene Oregon 73 miles from where I live in Coos Bay, and one in Portland, 168 miles away. Thats way outside the range of the 10-45 miles this antenna will supposedly pick up, but it picks them up any way :) Works for me, no more cable bill and no need for a directional antenna and rotor. By the way, I did order the MS 2000 package that comes with the Pre Amplifier. Its easy to use and may have made all the difference.

4 out of 5 stars Simple, easy   February 14, 2010

Simple to install. Stations up to 40 miles from my location are crystal clear. Occasionaly, depending on the weather, picks up one station at 70 miles and another at 90 miles.

5 out of 5 stars Very good omnidirectional antenna   January 30, 2010
J. Heinbaugh (Gaithersburg, MD)
I've had the Winegard MS-2000 HD TV antenna for about 1 month and it has provided very good reception. I live about 20 miles north of Washington D.C. and was on the fringe of the DC reception area. After installing this antenna I was able to receive the Washington stations with a strong signal and I also can now pick up the Baltimore stations which are about 35 miles away.

The antenna was easy to install. From the pictures I thought it came with a short pole but it comes with no pole at all so I had to find one before I could install it. I tested it inside the house attached directly to the TV before installing it outside to make sure it would improve my reception. I now do not have to move rabbit ears around to receive the signal when I change channels.
